Growing up as a little boy in Italy, my nonna used to roast coffee in a pan on the open fire. She would say the smoke and the slow heat from the fire would add a special taste ‘gusto speciale’ to the coffee.  That memory has inspired Divi Espresso to follow a family tradition.
