This enables us to find the right Barista for the right cafe. From the small volume to the high demand CBD cafes.

The Sydney Coffee Centre is working with new trainees to place them  into rewarding jobs.

We are looking to temporarily place staff in cafes which will enable  trained personnel to gain experience in a real cafe environment.

Should you employ the trainee you may be eligible for wage subsidy payments for the purposes of helping trainee's retain a job.

Barista Assessment, Classification and registration fee applies

The Sydney Coffee Centre Barista Classification Code (BCC) is an exclusive system designed to match the right skilled barista to the right cafe.

Each class number equates to a certain coffee volume size cafe. For e.g. a class 3 barista can operate in a 13 - 20kg cafe.

The coffee volume is determined over a average of 6 trading days.
